Professional Scaling

Professional scaling is a deep cleaning that removes plaque and hardened tartar from areas your toothbrush and floss can’t reach. This prevents cavities, keeps your gums healthy, and gives your teeth a smooth, polished feel. Regular scaling is one of the best ways to maintain long-term oral health.

Gum Infection Therapy

When gums become infected, we perform gum infection therapy to remove bacteria and buildup from beneath the gumline. This treatment reduces inflammation, stops the disease process, and protects the bone and tissues that support your teeth.

Dental Health Scan

A digital dental health scan captures high-resolution 3D images of your teeth and gums. It allows us to track changes over time, plan treatments with precision, and show you a clear picture of your oral health on-screen.

Oral Cancer Screening

An oral cancer screening is a quick, painless exam where we carefully check your lips, tongue, cheeks, and throat for any unusual changes. Catching signs early is the key to successful treatment, which is why we include this important screening as part of your routine dental visit.

Smiling Teeth X-rays

Smiling teeth x-rays  give us a close-up view of the front teeth and the bone supporting them. These images help us detect cavities, infections, or changes at the root tips that aren’t visible during a regular exam. By catching problems early, we can protect your teeth and keep your smile strong. We recommend having these taken 1 time per year.

Nitrous

Nitrous oxide, often called “laughing gas,” is a safe and gentle option to help you feel relaxed during dental treatment. You’ll breathe it in through a small mask, and within minutes, you’ll feel calmer and more at ease—while still remaining awake and aware. Once the mask is removed, the effects wear off quickly, allowing you to return to your normal activities right after your visit.

Fluoride Treatment

Fluoride is a natural mineral that strengthens enamel and protects against cavities. An in-office treatment provides a concentrated dose that bonds to your teeth in just minutes, giving extra protection against decay and sensitivity.

Salivary Testing

Salivary testing is a quick, painless way to check the bacteria and markers in your saliva that affect both oral and overall health. It helps us personalize your care, identify risks early, and better protect your teeth, gums, and body.

Oral Health Coaching

Oral health coaching provides personalized guidance to help you care for your teeth at home. From brushing and flossing tips to diet and lifestyle advice, we tailor recommendations so you can prevent problems and keep your smile healthy for the long term.

Ultrasonic Disinfection

Ultrasonic disinfection uses gentle vibrations and a stream of water to break up plaque, tartar, and bacteria both above and below the gums. It’s more thorough and comfortable than hand-scaling alone, and it helps reduce inflammation while protecting gum health

Gum Health Charting

Gum health charting is a simple measurement of the spaces between your teeth and gums. It helps us detect early signs of gum disease, track changes over time, and protect the foundation that keeps your smile strong.

Doctor Exam

During your dental exam, the doctor carefully checks your teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health to catch any issues early. This includes looking for cavities, gum disease, oral cancer, and changes in your bite or jaw. Regular exams ensure problems are found and treated before they become more serious—helping you maintain a healthy smile for years to come.

Biting Teeth X-rays

Bitewing x-rays let us see between your teeth and the bone levels supporting them—areas we can’t fully check by sight alone. These images help us detect cavities early and monitor for gum disease, keeping treatment smaller and more effective. We recommend having these taken 1 time per year.

Panoramic X-ray

A panoramic x-ray gives us a full view of your entire mouth in one image—including your teeth, jaw, sinuses, and joints. It helps us detect issues like impacted teeth, bone loss, infections, or cysts, and is an important tool in planning treatments such as implants, orthodontics, or wisdom tooth removal. We recommend having these taken every 3-5 years.

Anesthesia

Dental anesthesia keeps you comfortable by numbing the area we’re treating. From simple numbing gels to local anesthetic injections, and even nitrous oxide for relaxation, we tailor comfort options so your treatment is as easy and stress-free as possible.

Sealants

Sealants are a thin protective coating applied to the chewing surfaces of your back teeth. They seal off deep grooves where food and bacteria collect, greatly reducing the risk of cavities—especially in kids and teens, but also in cavity-prone adults.

Nutrition Counseling

Nutrition counseling helps connect the dots between what you eat and your oral health. We’ll review your diet, highlight foods that strengthen teeth and gums, and identify habits that may increase your risk for cavities or gum disease. With small, personalized changes, you can support both a healthier smile and overall well-being.
